Our fast and free shipping
We offer fast and free shipping in the UK:

 - Next day delivery
 - Free two day shipping 

 All shipping is tracked at no extra cost.

All orders will be processed on the same day of when the order was placed meaning that the product will be ready to be shipped instantly to your house.

Our warehouse ships Monday-Saturday. Not Sunday

It is important to note that our UK warehouse closes at 14:30. So the customer will need to place the order before this cutoff time to have the order processed and shipped on the same day.

For example - If the customer was to choose next day delivery and places the order after 14:30, the customer will not receive the product the next day but will the following day as the order cannot be processed after 14:30 and the customer will stay have pay for the 24h service. For next day delivery, the customer will need to make the order before 14:30.

The customer will choose the desired shipping time at checkout.

The shipping providers we use is Royal Mail, DPD and Evri

Confirmation order of the email
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@hopps.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
